I am going to start my first AR build in January probably.  I am prepared to spend a bit of money.  I am going to do a POF 415 Gen 3 lower.  What parts kit should I use for the internals?  Alot of people I read on here recommend RRA parts kits.  I also want to do an upgraded trigger at the same time and have seen the Timney(SP) triggers as well as another, but I dont remember the name.  Gonna do a magpul grip and Magpul CTR Stock.  I also need a buffer setup as well, what would be one that you all would recommend, does POF manufacture one?  I am not sure what upper I am going to get, looking at POF, but not really sure it is worth the 1000 bucks it costs.  So give me some recommendations on what internals to use, buffer setups, and uppers.

I see This buffer setup for 55 bucks.  Will that do the job with the Magpul CTR stock.  Or would going with something like this be a better option?  I like the look of both of them, the Magpul a little bit better.

RRA is fine for an LPK, as is CMT.

All you have to ensure is that the buffer tube is mil spec in diameter, for example, Bushmaster tubes are over mil spec in size so the mil spec sized stock body like the CTR won't fit on them.

The LMT kit will work with the CTR stock body, or you could go for the complete assembly you listed.  Personal choice really.

The POF upper is a gas piston design, BM has a licensed copy for about the same; LWRC's cost more with somewhat different system.

That's the reason for the extra cost, though some high end DI uppers can come close.

If you are waiting until Jan, there's plenty of time to do some reading up and research before commiting to anything.

Just by the RRA national match trigger and lower parts kit together. I think BROWNELLs has them for cheap. Check it out! And their lowers are cake to put together too. Only you might have to modify the hole in which the actual trigger sits b/c it was a hair too small for my RRA trigger. I just dremeled it out a lil bit.

let me state up front: I am extremely biased for POF

POF only uses the Timney triggers in there complete rifles. I know they are $$$$, but they are nice. There are other very good triggers on the market that you can get.
