What is the purpose fr the rifle?

I would stay away from a free float tube and flip up front sight unless this is a dedicated varmit tpye rig (which would be kind of odd in 16")

I'd also concider the lightweight bbl and a phantom FH

Does this kit come assembled? If so you are good to go. Forward grip and rail pannels are up to you.

purpose of the rifle is basically a i allways wanted one rifle and yes the upper should come asembled

as to why i want the flip ups are for BUIS since i plan to throw a eotech on there

why stay away from free float? i want a rail system so i can throw a light and forgrip on there

Most people have a fixed front sight and a flip up rear with the eotech. This is the setup I use and have no problems. The reasoning is that if your eotech goes out in a fight all you have to do is flip your rear sight. I leave mine up all the time anyway. The flip up fronts aren't as durable as a fixed front. The free float is fine. You can get a two piece but since delton is installing everything might as well get the free float. It's all a matter of personal preference.

An EOTech works perfectly fine with a fixed FSB.  And you can save weight and a lot of money by not having a FF/railed forend.  You can mount both a foregrip and light without it.  The only time you need a free float railed forend is when something is going on it that needs to be zeroed, or it is intended to be hyper accurate.

Not the conventional wisdom around here, but my experience.

how would i go about easily attaching/detaching a foregrip and or light without one

I like it.  Put a DD lite rail on it if you are worried about weight.  I dont like a fixed front sight.  Your parts sound good to go to me.  I would have sprung for a higher quality barrel but thats just me.  Build what you want, thats the whole point in building your own.

Light on a tower mount, foregrip on a short piece of rail mounted through the vents on the original hanguard.  There are other otions, lights that mount to the side of a hanguard etc.   Or you can get a two piece non FF railed upper.
