Anyone have any good suggestions on removing a Bushmaster V-Match Free Float Handguard from my Upper? It's screwed directly into the Receiver, replacing the Barrel Nut/Delta Ring, etc. My Strap Wrench keeps slipping. Any specific tool?

Also, to confirm. Right-Hand thread on the Receiver? As I look at the Barrel from the Muzzle, which way must I turn the Handguard to remove it?

Thanks for any suggestions, I want to replace it with another Free Floater.

righty tighty, lefty loosy

if you are having trouble w/ the tube itself, you migth have to heat up the threads--there might be some locktite like stuff locking it down

as to the bbl nut/FF tube nut, if its a 2 piece tube, you will need a bbl wrench w/ the 2 or 3 prongs to remove the bbl/tube nut off the reciever

So I thought...... I kind of thought that Loctite might be playing a role in the process. Thanks for the suggestion!
