One forged 7075-T6 aluminum lower is pretty much as good as another forged 7075-T6 aluminum lower, since the forgings all come from the same places. My personal faves are Global Tactical because Denny's Guns has great service and Essential Arms because they have great prices, but as long as you're getting an anodized, forged lower you're good to go. |
| They're all basically okay. I think Mega is "the best" from a fit/finish standpoint from the lowers I have seen, but they can be hard to find. I agree that Essential Arms is a good value, or pay a bit more and get one of Denny's CMTs. I buy a lot of stuff from Denny. |
who is this "denny" guy. i've googleed "denny" and nothing. i would like to see the cmts. tell this "denny" fellow that i'm looking for him

I really like Anvil Arms lowers. It really depends on who has the sweetest looking roll marks and the best finish if you want to know the truth. For example: Stag has more of a gray finish and a stupid deer as their roll mark, therefore I will never buy a Stag lower |
Hehe. www.globaltactical.com/ |
Denny's Guns, there is a little green button at the top of this page. Whoops link already posted. Denny sells a stag receiver with his own logo that is not as dorky as the Stag (worst receiver logo ever). Not the absolute cheapest but Denny is great to do business with. |
