I ordered the CAR kit on Monday and had got it Friday. It has a DPMS 16" heavy barrel, A2 upper, M4 stock and lower parts kit. I used a Stag stripped lower the color match is great. It took me about an hour to put the lower together. I dry fired about 1000 times. I removed the hammer and trigger and looked for wear marks and shear match. The only thing I had to do is polish out some tool marks then lubed it up and reinstalled them. It gave me a nice trigger break. DEL-TON uses really nice trigger parts. They are a great company to work with. Next I have to break in the barrel. I used a 1/4" hitch pin to install the front detent, it cost a $1.50 at Lowes. It cost me $501.00 for the kit + $110.00 for the stripped Stag lower + $25.00 Shipping + $1.50 Hitch pin = $646.50 for a new AR15. Can't beat that price at a gun shop and I got just the configuration I wanted.
