For build #3, looking for a complete upper:
Mid length, 16" chrome line, flat top

Besides Del-ton and RRA, are there any other sites that have them? I have check with all sponsors and some others but nobody carries them.

I wanted to build a Sabre middy, but I've decided to go carbine for now, build 2 will be a middy.
