I really like the looks of the YHM front cap for a free float rail. I was looking on their website and it says to apply adhesive?? If you do this is there anyway to take it off? Do I have to remove the flash hider to install it?

If you are talking about this;

then it actually screws into the female threads in the front of the YHM tube.

YHM free float tubes require removal of the front sight base as well as the flash hider for installation.

maybe the adhesive is something like loc-tite for the screw threads.

i only added on some blue locktite and its held up great
