So I have looked and I can't find out what way they go in. Does one go in one way and the other the opposite? Or both the same? If so, what way do they face?

does not matter what way or which end of the pin you put in first.
All that matters is that the trigger pin goes in first. then the spring from the hammer rest on top of the trigger pin, then you drive in the hammer pin.
