I bought a Tapco M-16A2 kit about 6-7 (maybe longer) years ago. The barrel has some chipping or flaking to the chrome lining and I want to replace it. About the same time I bought a M-16A2 countoured barrel that looks to be in great shape but it came without the barrel extension. I am wondering if an extension can be installed or is this barrel a "tent stake"? There is no hole where it has ever been pinned to an extension. thanks ahead of time |
