Well for starters I finished my first build and shot it at the range during our in service. Shoots great but I had no rear sight on it so I couldn't qualify with it lol. I'm just glad it works. My Hand guard Concerns: I bought a KZ 4-Rail Hand guard from http://www.botac.com/kz4ha.html Its a nice looking hand guard BUT, when my vertical grip was attached, the bottom half of the hand guard was lose. It wasn't tight. So I'm going to spend the extra money and I'm looking at some of the YHM free float. My concern is the fact that I don't know what length to get. When I ordered my barrel it came with the front sight post attached. Its a 16 inch barrel. So what length of YHM FF do I need? From the front sight post to the barrel nut is around 6.5 inches. But I don't see a 6.5 inch YHM free float tube. |
