IIRC the Fultom Armory Titan in .308 is based off of the DPMS design.  Haven't seen too much info on guys piecing them together.  You might want to check a few forums up (Variants).  If this is your only choice on getting a lower then it looks like a very spendy route.

I've built 3 AR-10's (Armalite/Eagle Arms) and by watching carefully I only have a little over $750 to $800 in each (all three are a10(T)s)

Sorry, all of mine are sitting half way around the world while I'm enjoying an all expense paid vacation thanks to your tax dollars.

The receivers I picked up here and there.  They used to go for $250 but the current going rate is $165 to $180.  DSG is listing them in stock.

The uppers came from Armalite during the "Gone Wild" sale for $450 each.

A mix of standard A2 and collapsable stocks came from here and there.  They were between $40 and $60 during the "Gone Wild" sale.

Lower parts kits are $87 from DSG (standard) and Armalite was selling the NM kits for $130.

Armalite's sale page is down right now but keep an eye on it.  Stuff usually goes cheap and fast when they update it.
