Look at the location of the back hole, the hole for the pin closest to the upper. I want to cut down the already neutered post to make a gas block, and use the brand new one in its place. However I cannot put the pin in due to the hole placement. Anything I can do?

Drill and tap the FSB to work with set screws and put flats on the barrel to lock the FSB in place.

FSB and barrel are drilled toghter for tapper pins. this why your wont line up.
