Well started this project in January and finally got all my parts for my upper and put it together.

Overall it was pretty easy...

Slipped on the WOA 18" barrel and screwed on the barrell nut....

Not too bad. Although I didn't torque it enough the first time. I didn't notice until after I added the YHM FF and it began to move on me. Had to take the FF off and torque it to the next hole and ensure it didn't move anymore.

Now that the barrel nut was on right I add the low pro gas block...

No problem.

Screw on the FF and line it up with the uppers rail....

Here's a pic of the anti-rotation screws. Don't think the FF is going to budge...

Looking good !

Now just the YHM Phantom 5C2...

Very nice if I do say so myself !

With his brother...

There were some draw backs along the way. The RRA charging handle I bought did not work well with the DMPS upper. Also the bolt carrier key would not fit into the gas tube inside the upper. Anyone ever have that problem? The other BCG from my other rifle worked just fine.

I guess I am going to order a new key and charging handle from DPMS.
Here's what went into this one:

DPMS Upper & Lower
DPMS LPK
Hogue grip
VLTOR stock
YHM Free Float Handguard
YHM Low Pro Gas Block
YHM Phantom 5C2 Flash Supressor
WOA 18" SS SPR Barrel

Now I just need a scope (Super Sniper) & rings, and the some BUIS, and then another lower, and then another upper, and then another barrel, and then........Ahhhh BRD ! !

Very nice rifle! I like it when things are done correctly, the first time. Clean and organized work shop. It appears that pre-planning and patience has paid off in spades. Amazing first build.
