I have never put pictures on the site before,where is the info on how to do this?

First you put your pictures on a host site like Photobucket (I think they have one here,not sure though) and then copy the IMG code and paste it to your post.

TinyPic is a great site too.  You don't have to sign up or have an account, and there's no bandwidth limit.
