| If the kit has the same upper as the upper assembly that I ordered, I would say yes. I don't remember seeing any uppers at Del-Ton without the two items. I believe only their DPMS uppers are available without the forward assist and brass deflector. The kits are Del-Ton kits with the standard flat top uppers including those two things. |
