is it worth it to get a chome lined barrel? i knows its an extra $45 from delt-ton but i plan on ordering my upper assembly tonight. just wondering if its worth the extra cost if im only going to be plinking with my buddies and home defense.

I don't see a reason not to get a chrome-lined barrel on a rifle that is not a long-range accuracy gun. CL makes it easier to clean, protects the bore from weather, and increases barrel life. It's worth it.

All mine are either chrome lined... or stainless match barrels.
Worth it? You bet.

Definitely get chrome lined if you care about ease of cleaning and weather resistance.
