Hey all, Considering getting a WOA 18" barrel as I've heard/read good things about WOA products. Going to get a FF tube and build on a Stag upper receiver, but had a few questions about the front sight and gas system. I'd prefer ther rifle length gas system, but as worried about reliabilty on an 18" barrel. Should that be an issue? Didn't know if I'd be best off going with a JP adjustable gas block and if that'd make a different, or if any of the others would work fine. Also, don't know about going with a standard FSB, or going with a gas block witha flip-up front sight of some sort. The upper would probably be used for a combination of things, including both bench and field/hunting uses. I plan on getting a scope and possibly some kind of optic, such as an EoTech, but also will use the iron sights often. Any thoughts on what would be a good option for the front sight/gas block, or pros or cons one way or the other? Thanks for any replies. Temp |
