Is there any REAL problem with it that I should consider? Cause I wasnt completely sure I wanted that over a Gov't style

Heck no!  HBARS are out of style with the internut commandouche crowd!  I still run several of them on most of my guns.

Don't go soft on me now!  Us HBAR guys need to stand strong!

Alrighty than, I will stick with it...its 10 bucks cheaper anyways. Are all the parts I will need on the list?

ETA:  Oh and I will be needing a BUIS but I dont have alot of cash, especially after this build so what is a good quality, relatively inexpensive one I could get?

Ihave a 16" hbar that I like, but I have never been crazy about the 20" ones. I do think the 16s balance okay. Personally I like the lighter government profile barrels, I have a bushmaster one but I don't know how common they are. Anyway looks like a nice set up.

Gov't profiling gets you about a 1 POUND decrease in weight for a 20" barrel and negligible decrease in accuracy (or so I have read).  I'd spend the extra dough and get it profiled form the start.  I only have HBARs, and I wish I had some gov't profiled ones.  Weight adds up quickly when you add on the accessories.  Best to start as light as possible, IMO, so you can squeeze on more doodads and still be able to lift it.

I have a 16" Hbar that I love but I think that a 20" would probably be a little heavy. Unless you are a little guy or are going to be carrying it around all over the place I would still suggest the Hbar. It really just comes down to preference though.
