[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Compensator Installation

Got a question for you guys. I have the DPMS "Levang Linear" Brake for my barrel, do i need to crank it down onto the crush wsher? or can I just use Green LocTite to secure it?? It doesnt need to be indexed, so that isnt an issue.
