Could anyone help me out? I just got a LMT SOPMOD stock in the mail and was beginning to install it and got stuck. The stock comes shipped seperate from the tube. When I depressed the lever and tried to slide stock on tube, it appears that the lever doesn't pull the pin that goes into the holes on the tube up out of the way enough to slide it on the tube. The only thing I can figure to do is to punch out the little roll pin in the screw that is attached to the pin that goes through the release lever. Then pull out the pin enough to slide the stock on and re-assemble. Seems like there should be an easier way to do this. Am I missing something? Thanks |
