I got a Bushmaster postban upper at a great deal, It has a Wilson Combat brake on it, I would like to remove it and replace with flash hider. Does anyone know how they attached the brakes.

Blind Pin,   do you see a small uncolored dot on the muzzle break on I think the left side?
Or soldered,  or welded   you have to figure out which one before you take action,  or do like some people and use a dremel to cut it in half,  I would use that for last resort though.

It was on the bottom looked like a weld, found it the hard way. Messed the threads up pretty bad. So I put it in the lathe and cut and rethreaded it. Good as new

Shame you could not take the time or bother to READ the tacked thread at the top of this forum which would have answered and showed you how to remove this muzzle brake "properly".
