jesus that's a lot of links to look up. it may not be junk, but they are certainly unneccessary. spend your money elsewhere and on other things.

I wouldn't buy any of that stuff except maybe the d-fender if I had problems with extraction.  Other than that, buy some good mags, and some ammo instead.

+1, as a newbie I pimped my ARs out with all that bling.  I wouldn't do it again.  Spend your money on mil. spec. or other high quality components and ammo.  If you run into a problem that one of those goodies might fix, then consider it.
