Do I need to remove the barrel nut or just disassemble the FSB and put it on that way? I read TheRickers chart in the uppers/barrels forum but just want to make sure I'm %100 before I dive into this and fuck it up!

You have to remove the barrel nut. Its replaced by the one that come with the DD forend.

Not really - I have never installed a DD - so that is not covered in my thread.  Some FF tubes require removal of the barrel nut, some do not.  It was a good question.
