what are your favourite lower reciever setups?

Any non-teflon coated reciever with a standard FCG, an unnotched hammer, a milspec buffer tube with a LMT SOPMOD or VLTOR stock and a 9mm buffer.  Did I miss anything?

Something pretty standard.

RRA lower (my favorite, anyways), Std. LPK, RRA 6 position stock w/9mm buffer.

I could even go for a good A2 stocked lower.

I don't feel the KNS anti-rotation pins, $200+ match triggers, Mil-spec stocks, MIAD grips, and other toys don't fit my needs so I don't waste my time and money with buying them.
