I have a plan to build an M4 using a Bushmaster barrel with permanent attached Mini Ycomp, i dont want to have the FSB and planning to change with flip up sight, can i slip the FSB out to the mini y comp? i don't have an idea on this i just seen pictures but doesn't know the measurement if it's similar in diameter with the barrel. Any info with bushy owner? thanks.

The mini-y has to come off in most cases.

Here's an option.  Cut the FSB off and install a YHM clamp on style FSB.  That's about the only way you can do it without cutting off the mini-y.

I have to cut the FSB! holy molly... my only accesible tool is a dremel. The YHM flip sight with screw in definitely a good idea but it has a bayo lug and NJ does not like a rifle that can be used as a sword

While you're cutting sh!t off with your Dremel, cut the bayo lug off the YHM.

Damn can it be something else , i hate this cutting things, messy if i screw it up and my $$$$ or i can wait for a 14.5 barrel to pop up in EE then slip on the flip up sight then weld the comp, The problem is there's an EE maniac that always get the good deals, just can't beat him.

One way or another you will be cutting something with the Dremel though.
