First build (ok, I bought a complete upper, next time, I'll put it together, too).

Day 1 - a lonely, over priced DPMS stripped lower.  First lower I've seen at a gunshow around here in years, though.  Itching to put my next AR together myself, I grabbed it.

Day 6 - lonely lower meets a Cav Arms stock set in Coyote Brown.

Day 9 - Stag Arms LPK and Yankee Hill Four Rail Handguards arrive.  Getting close...

Day 10 - Stag Arms Upper with ARMS 40 arrive!  Unfortunately, I have a lot of work to do and am going to be at the office late.

Day 11 - She's done!  I took my time and had a few problems with the pivot pin detent, but in all only took about an hour.  The DPMS and Stag black match nicely.  I'm pleased.

Maybe I'll get to the range Friday afternoon to try her out, but it will probably be Saturday.  For now, she's snuggled up with my RRA and M4-style Bushie Carbon 15 in the safe while I contemplate what accessories she needs.

Thanks.  I didn't put the panels on mainly because I was admiring the look of the rails.  They'll go on before I go to the range.

Nice looking rifle...and your work area is amazingly clean.  Mine, however, is not:

Thanks.  As to the mess, you just can't see my desk on the other side of the window.
