| I ordered a Parts kit from Model 1 Sales and after 4 weeks I called for a status. I was told that it would ship that week. The end of week 5 I called back and was told that they were waiting for barrels. The end of Week 6 I called and was told Still waiting for barrels. End of week 7 I called and was told I would have it that week. End of week 8 I called and was given a tracking number that UPS says is not valid. It is now into of week 9 and still no kit. I called to cancel and sent an E-mail but received no response from them. I called my credit card to prevent them from billing me but was told that they have to check to see if Model 1 even charged my card when they claimed to have shipped. I will be sure to stay away from these people. I have to guess that their product is as good as their customer service. |
| I had the exact same problem with these low life scums. The woman that answers the phone (who i found out is also the manager when i saked to speak to the manager) Is a total BITCH! I will not deal with them ever again and will tell all i can about them. Stay clear of them! |
| Why Not M&A? I have heard a lot of good things lately about them from some guys. The first 2 Kits that I ordered from Model 1 arrived in 2 weeks and work fine, the accuracy is great and the fit/finish was close to my factory Bushmasters but then they screwed me around on this order. Who else makes AR-15 Kits and upper assemblies at resonable cost. |
J&T does. |
Rock River, Del-Ton, J&T all have good reputations for high quality, at a good price. I am more than happy with my Rock River upper. All their factory assembled uppers carry a lifetime warranty. I received good service and prices from Eaglefirearms. |
