Can I fit  a MAD GG&G rear sight. a Larue Eotech riser with an Eotech on it, and a M-500 surfire light and hanguards on a 16 inch M-4/ A3 type carbine? and will I be able to still use the backup iron sights through the Eotech window with a regular fixed front sight?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Unless somebody has that exact setup, it's just a guess.  I'd guess yes, you can do all of that.  The only true way to know for sure is to do it and find out.
