Ok almost finished my first build. But I launched the detent pin into orbit. (You experienced guy’s just love this). So I used the second pin and got it in. So I need a pin for the rear. I call around and get a new pin ship ASAP. But it is from a different company. Hay mil spec. Is mil spec right? I notice that the new pin is different from the ones that cam with the kit. Those where rounded at both ends. The new one is almost flat on one end and pointy on the other. So I install it so that the point is out. In this way I can not work the pin in or out. So I remove the buttstock and flip the detent pin. Now the detent seems a little week. Is the new pin not right and I just need to get on form the company as the kit? |
