I have a Ferret 50 BMG upper mounted on an AR lower. I am using the Ferett heavy weight hammer and xtra power Wolff springs. The pins are KNS anti-rotating pins.

I polished the trigger and hammer lightly so as not to break thru the surface hardness. I polished the pins and applied CLP for lube. Is there anything else I can do to help improve the trigger pull? I need the heavy hammer for proper ignition so using a match hammer/trigger set is not an  option.

Not a whole lot that you can do with the std trigger/hammer set.  If you select to go the match grade trigger route like RRA 2-stage, just use the std hammer spring to insure reliable ignition.  Same goes for the JP single stage, replace the light weight spring with the standard spring and you should be igniting away
