Is there a web site that discusses the milling of a lower receiver mag well and trigger group well? This site was going to do it but now appears not to:http://www.roderuscustom.tzo.com/.

www.ray-vin.com/ftech.htm

If you go to the Ray Vin tech pages there is an entire book in pdf form that you can download chapter by chapter.

There is also a book in print called "the little black lower" or some such thing that I've heard is decent.

www.cncgunsmithing.com is also a good resource and he has jigs at a great price.

if u go with a 80% , you don't have to do it. just drill the holes , buffer holes and file a little bit for the rear takedown lug.
of course a 20 % is another story

Thanks for all the good info.  I had a busted milling machine which I just fixed so I thought I would mill a 0% forged receiver.  The ray-vin site hit the mark.
