| Just put it together yourself. If you want to be sure about it, just call them up and ask them if it's alright if you drive in the roll pin for the bolt catch, since that's about the only step in the process where you might damage the receiver (since the trigger guard's already done for you). Hell, you'll probably have the thing together in the time you're on hold. If you need help putting together your lower, just ask on the board or PM me. I'll be glad to walk you through it. |

I'm sure they are at the Shot Show in Las Vegas through early next week. Personally I'd wait 'til they're back and call them to clarify what's up. Maybe you got a match trigger or something out of the ordinary that they did not feel comfortable installing? Or just install it yourself. There are couple of minor differences from a regular AR lower, but it's not all that different. |

I put 2 together not too long ago. I had never put together any gun before. Use the instructions found here for how to assemble a stripped lower, but only about half of the sections apply to the Cav Arms. The rest can be skipped. Magazine release, bolt catch, trigger, safety, and buffer detent sections are all the sections you need to look at. It is very straightforward to put together, and the end result is a very nice lower. Oh, and if you are still too mad at them to assemble it, I will buy it from you for $20 |
As I remember it you aresupposed to trim a couple of springs down also, at least you did on the Mark I. |
