Guys,

What is the best method for holding the barrel when installing a flash suppressor? I am using a crush washer and it appears to be a pain in the butt.

a vice in front of the gas block, protecting the barrel with thick leather.

those crush washers require a TON of torque. The peel washers aren't as bad as people say they are...
