i've noticed a few posts about using o rings on the extractor, and seen adds in shotgun news and gunlist for the d rings i was wondering, do these take the place of the standard spring or do they work in conjuction with it ? do they help the reliability and function in extracting spent cases ? |

Here are a few threads that get into the different extractor o-rings... Instead of paying the long dollar for items like the different 'd-rings' and 'd-fenders' I've ordered Viton O-rings from McMaster-Carr that work just as well for 30 cents or so each...
