| Can somebody enlighten me as to what a .223 Wylde chamber is. I want to build a varmint upper but is this chamber going to give me the same accuracy as a .223 chamber or should I go with somebody else that has a .223 chamber? Accuracy is most important to me. Thanks |
| If you're getting to the level of accuracy where you're concerned about chamber demensions you should also be into reloading. Then it doesn't matter so much what type of ammo you use. You use once fired in your rifle brass and set it back .003" using a die that matches your chamber. This way the brass is formed to your chamber and set back enough to allow reliable function. You can also fart around with seating depth of the bullets into the brass, or more appropriately stated, into or off the lands. |
