if i purchase a complete bushmaster upper (a2 h-bar 20" bb.) from one person and a complete lower from another both items should fit together? both in excellent conition. fair price on both? thanks for any imput.

Yes, they should fit together just fine. A fair price on a complete upper with B/BC/CH should run anywhere fron $350ish and a complete lower should run $200. Lowers have to be shipped through a FFL.
