What!?  You used crayons!?  Won't that come off the first time you put anykind of cleaner on it?  (ex.CLP)  I also noticed the cloudy area around the "crayoned" areas;  Is this only visible in the pic, or does it really look like that?

The flash really brings that out. You really don't see it just looking at it.

Does ameetec engrave or laser their lowers?

The "Safe Fire" is stamped. The rest is engraved. No Laser.

Humm I did mine with enamel model paint and a sharpened tooth pick.  It's tricky though.

Wont the crayon wax melt and run if/when the lower gets hot from the barrel or in the sun? Crayon wax has a very low melting temp IIRC.
