Went to Cavalry arms/Ameetec Arms and got a Mega lower and parts kit last night very good quality. Everything went very well and I am looking forward to my next one. Warren is very good to work with and I wish him the best in his business.

I bought 2 MEGA lowers from Ameetec already.  They are top notch quality, and this comes from someone who is a huge Bushamster fan.

Great fit, great finish and everything assembled quite easily.

Post some pics if you can Doc.

Bought a Colt (so they said) lower parts kit for my new Eagle Arms lower from J&T at our gun show in B'ham, AL recently.  All fit nicely along with a new Bushy A2 stock.

(didn't even need the extra detend/spring )

I just got my first lower together a couple of nights ago.  Used a PWA lower with an RRA parts kit and everything went smoothly.  It was a lot easier than I had expected it to be.  Good thing I had the right sized punch to match the front pivot pin or I never would have gotten the detent in.  I was planning to pick up a match trigger and a different grip before assembling everything but have decided not to.  I find the standard grip to be quite comfortable and the trigger has a nice crisp break.  The only thing left to put on it is the stock which I'm still trying to decide on.  I like the fact that now I know how it all works in case something breaks and can just order parts instead of paying a gunsmith.  I rarely get to build anything with my hands that will bring me as much joy as this rifle will when complete.  It is definately something I would like to do again if the chance presents itself.
