Just wondering if anyone knows how the RRA QuadRail attaches to the upper. I'm guessing it replaces the barrel nut. If it does replace the barrel nut, can aligning the rails be a problem like aligning the gas tube holes?

Like most FF tubes, it replaces the barrel nut. Alignment is usually fairly simple affair.
