How much, where do I get, and are they worth it?

That is why I buy Bushmaster and hate my Colt lower. I have been searching for one too for quite a while. I've seen lowers with a trigger upgrade, but it is not as good as an RRA 2 stage trigger. Colt does not deserve the loyalty. I will soon trade my Colt Competition HBAR lower ( which offers nothing but a stock trigger) for a Bushmaster. RRA triggers are better that the Colt's I've owned and Colt's customer service is deplorable.

I like both my colt and my bushmaster just wondering if the colt match trigger was any good and how much they normally ran, had one get away on e-bay cause I didn't know if it was a deal or not I think it went for around $80.00, I'm spoiled to jewell triggers just wondering if the colt was worth it.

As for Bushmaster, at least mine, it should have came without a trigger, tried the 15 min trigger job and finally installed a jewell last night, my "cheap" gun gets more expensive everyday.

RRA manufactures their two stage match trigger in both small and large pins sizes. For that matter just about every manufacturer, with the exception of KAC offers their match triggers in both sizes. Whats the problem?

I too was sick of my large pin Colt lower with the stupid sear block. I decided it must go.

Using a Dremel and a cut off wheel, I cut down into the sear block right up next to the Aluminum lower. I have a steady hand and took it slow & managed to cut down through the horitontal sear block retaining pin. I also tried to drill out the verticle roll pin but that was pretty tough. I used the cutoff wheel to slice ~half way down along side that roll pin.

I was than able to vise grip the top of the sear block and keep wiggling it back and forth until the roll pin broke. Free at last!

Cleaned it all up and installed my large pin RR 2 stage trigger. Ah!!!

I must say this shouldn't be attempted by the average person. I'm used to working on micro electronics under a microscope and am pretty darn good with a dremel.
