I want to thank all of yall here on this board...All the information made my first build a smooth and easy one.  I built this rifle so I could shoot a very accurate rifle for less than the $1 a round for my .308. Here is the specs:
RRA Upper, lower and bolt and carrier, tuned NM 2 stage trigger
DPMS SST Bull Barrel 1 in 9 twist
Cmore quad rail
Pentax Lightseeker 30 4x16x50 mildot scope
GG&G firesystem rail and rings
Alumahyde II OD Paint

Damn...this weekend is NEVER gonna get here...

Very well done.  I was contemplating painting a stainless barrel of a carbine with OD green Alumahyde.  Let us know how it holds up over the long haul.
