Just two shots of one of my builds.  Got two other builds, but this is my favorite AR, so far:

CMT lower
DPMS 16" Superlight upper
ARMS #40 BUIS
Aimpoint CompML2 with ARMS #22M68 mount & Cantilver spacer
ACE Skeleton Stock

Looks great.  I have plans of doing something similar.  I just need to decide on a barrel...

Don't know if this helps.

Bushmaster LW BBL  811g/ .65" tapering to .60" under HG/ .625 under FSB/ .57 exposed to tip
Model 1 LW BBL        837g/ .65 under HG/ .750 under FSB/      .56 to within .75 of end/ .625 @ tip

Weights are in grams w/FSB wo/front site post

Wish I could get my hands on a DPMS LW barrel to compare.

Thanks Carbine_Man.  Data Logged.  Looks like the Bushwacker is the lightest.

Very, very nice!  A very practical rifle IMO.

One suggestion though: flip your Aimpoint covers upside down.

Very sweet LW, Racer... the LW profiles/builds are my favorites, and everytime I haul one of my pimped out rigs to the range I remember why Stoner designed the AR to be light and fast.  More and more of my ARs are becoming simple and lightweight...

Nice pics, BTW... I like that brass in the air shot...
