| I would like somebodys step by step instruction for putting a new barrel on a reciever. Complete with torque settings. headspace checks etc. I am hoping somebody has it written down somwhere so I don't have to. |

The directions are good but IMHO I still think the torque part of the operation is an important step. Reason--Sometimes when you put the barrel nut on it goes to close to the first gas-tube hole. Sometimes even to the second. Has you tighten it. It is a good idea to use it to make sure you’re at the Minimum value not so much as to the Max. Also the loosening 3 times is important to make sure it seats properly. |
