This build is for varmint and target rifle.Will a chrome lined bolt be more consistant than a non chrome lined bolt for accuracy.Thanks

You should get one anyway for longevity and wear reasons.  Anyone who makes an unlined carrier usually makes crappy parts unless your talking about one of those new JP stainless carriers.

All high quality bolt carriers are chromed LINED, that is, INSIDE the carrier where the bolt is inserted.  But some are chromed on the outside too. Chroming the outside is not necessary, but not bad.  I don't spend extra money for a completely chromed carrier, it just isn't necessary.  But the chroming INSIDE where there will be wear, hot gasses, etc, yes, should be chromed there.
