I have a Colt upper with a bayo lug and a Colt upper without one.  How easy is it to swap front sights/bayo lug?  I can see tapping out the two pins underneath the sight but it seems to me that the replacement front sight might rotate as I'm sure its not on as tight as the factory sight.  Any advice?

thanks

would like to know this too.  does it require specialized tools, or just brute strength?
