I was wondering if anyone could post a PIC of their kit rifles to see how they came out? I'm looking to building my own to save a little money and wanted to see what was out there!

This is my Model 1 Sales lightweight 16" CAR kit with an RRA lower. Color match of the two is perfect and the Model 1 kit went  together perfectly. J

RRA lower, J&T Tactical Lightweight kit w/ACE upgrade and Hogue grip.  Color match was great, went together flawlessly, and has functioned very well (had a few FTFeed, but that was mag related).

Of course it doesn't look like this now.  Since then I added an accessory rail, bipod, brake, and scope.

Here is a pic of a Model 1 Sales 16" lightweight kit.  It has the LE buttstock, ARMS #40 rear sight and a Kobra Holo sight.

Shoots great.

Thanks to everyone for their input. I will be attending the Southern Classic gun show in Miami on Nov. 01 and will be looking to purchase my striped lower receiver, from which I will build my very first AR! I will keep you posted, Nov. 01 seems soooo far away!
