Do you want one, or are you trying to figure out which manufacturer uses them?  Your question is a little cryptic.

RRA uses them on their M4geries...they're pressed on with a 6 ton arbor press, according to RRA, so I guess they're permanent enough lol.  

I don't know who sells them separately, maybe RRA.

I want a non-permanent FFS.  I have a set screw A2-style muzzlebrake from sogarmory.  I don't want any extra noise, so I'm looking for an FFS.
