I think I'm going to go with a RRA stripped lower but I don't know 4 sure. I'm using a 24" Fluted Wilson Bareled flat top upper so it's going to be a bit heavy. I read RRA lowers cant accept an accuwedge. Do you think I'll regret not being able to add the weight to the rear. also Any advise as to lower parts kits? I'm not interested in a 2 stage trigger or anything. Will a Mil spec parts kit be ok? Any advise on pricing and where to buy stripped lower and parts kit? Is it really much of a savings to build my own lower? Thanks to all who reply.

I bought mine from Pete in NH and got my parts from Georgia Precision.  I could've saved a few bucks if I shopped around, but I figured id support sponsors of the site.  I believe James from norala, who is also a sponsor, has RRA lower for around $100.  Petes was 132 shipped to my FFL.  I don't think the wedge is necessary as these lowers have a nice tight fit.  A mil spec parts kit will work out fine.  Its fun to build but you might have to shell out $30 in tools to get started.  It can be done without pin holders and the push pin tool but it will take much longer.
Once you are done you feel proud with what you have done, well at least I did.  Go for it, what do you have to lose?

there shouldn't be any reason why you can't use a weight wedge in the butt stock.... Brownells has them as well as DPMS and other AR parts houses.... the wedge can be trimmed to balance out your weapon
