Can anyone recommend a mount for a flashlight that mounts to an A2 front sight base?

Thank you

This one is my favorite with a TLR-1 or X300 attached. There are some on ebay for around $30 shipped.

Midwest Industries makes one just like this but it has an anti rotational QD sling swivel socket on both sides.  It's really well thought out.

Do you own this?  Have you had issues with the light being damaged or carbonation on the lens?  The flash hider directs its gasses mainly up which is right where that light will sit.

I didn't know that.  That is useful.  I had to buy a sling mount for my GG&G.

I had one those as well and used a VLTOR scout mount.  Only downside is the light could get really hot - although none of my surefires ever had issues with the heat.

No, I have not had any issues with damaged lenses. The photos on the website show a shorter than normal distance from the FSB to the muzzle device. I have not had issues with shadowing on my 14.5" Carbine length or my 16.1" Mid-Length uppers.
