Sent my Streamlight Strion LED back for a repair 3 weeks ago.  It was at least 7 years old and had been carried so much that there was hardly any black finish left on it.  It would no longer charge and would not even work with a new battery.  My note to customer service was "I love this light...it has served me well and I hope it can be repaired"  Just got it back today and they sent me a brand new light...no charge.  It doesn't get any better than that.  I was ready to pay for repairs and did not expect a new light.  This is how you make customers for life.  Thank you Streamlight!

Congrats and thanks for sharing that. I've also been very happy with my streamlight.

Good to hear they took care of you. Never had any issues with my Streamlight products. They make good stuff for a reasonable price.
